We can arrange to have your pet collected from your home or we can also arrange to have your pet collected from your local veterinary service.  If you feel you would like to take your pet to our premises in Nairn, we have a private room of rest where you can spend a few minutes saying goodbye.

OUR CUSTOMER ASSURANCES

• We guarantee that the ashes returned to you will be those of your loved pet and will be placed in a Casket or Scatter pouch of your choice and collected or returned to you at your convenience.
• We do NOT carry out mass cremations
• We collect usually the same day or certainly as soon as we can.
• We collect personally so there are NO mix ups

Ensure your pet comes to the “Nairn Pet Crematorium”, we strongly recommend that you telephone us to discuss your requirements. You should make sure that you inform your Veterinary Surgeon of your wishes, otherwise you may find your pet is frozen for transport and sent elsewhere.
